When do I get charged for the Setup Fee? 2017-09-06T15:05:54+00:00

Due to the fact that the Minimum build is going to be the ‘Small Business’ build, we automatically apply this setup/contract to every BOT upon purchase. 95% of the time, this is going to be the one required anyway…

However, as every setup comes with a ChatFlow Planning Session, IF you need a larger setup, then the difference in price for your Setup Fee will be sent to you AFTER this initial consultation.

That way we can work with you to ensure that you get the best value and also the right plan that suits you.

We don’t want you to purchase less than you need, OR to buy more than is necessary as that would make you an ‘unhappy’ customer and we don’t like it when our customers don’t RAVE about our services.

So, if we plan out your BOT with you and are able to come to an agreed strategy on the size and inclusions required, then we can work out the best pricing for you based on the build that you have chosen.

For Example…

Your company may be a Real Estate Agency and you have 10 Agents working there.
BUT, you only have a small amount of information, FAQ’s and there is currently only 30 properties on your books…

Then we would suggest you stay on the ‘Small Business’ plan of $997 with the additional $50 for the extra 5 agents, and $100 for the extra 10 listings.
Total Cost: $1147 instead of having you upgrade to the Large business for $1997. In this case, you can either agree to pay the extra $150 OR include LESS info in your BOT to stay within the small business build…

To sum it all up, we will ensure that you always get the best deal and are happy with the plan you choose.

ChatFLow Planning Sessions

You will get 2x 30 minute planning sessions to discuss the design and build of your ChatFlow BOT.

The First Session will take place BEFORE we start working on your BOT so that we can get an idea of what you would like in your BOT build and you will be instructed on how to get us the information required.

The Second Session will take place AFTER we have completed working on your BOT to walk you through what has been done, and you will have opportunity to modify or request any changes before approving the BOT to be connected to your Facebook Page.

Training & Marketing Session

You will receive 1 Free Training session where one of our Marketing Team will help you with a Launch Strategy and Promotion opportunities so that you can gain better success with driving traffic to your BOT and making the most of your investment into this new technology.

Menu Galleries

These are a set of items that will appear in a swipe style gallery that has up to 10 items per Menu Gallery. Each item may have an image, Title, Subtitle and up to 3 Buttons.

These Menus would usually be used in the way of ‘Main Menu’, Contact Menu, Products Menu, Services Menu, FAQ Menu and other times when you wish to have the user make a choice over where they would like to go…

Content Sections

Content sections are basically the content that is delivered to your user after having requested it via a button, Menu item or simply by asking for it. Each Content Block can contain a combination of..

The item listing allows you to put your product/service in a neat block with images, information and of course a button to either purchase, book or contact you in regards to this item.

Your Products would all be displayed in a Products, Services or Properties Gallery and then each one would have it’s own ‘content section’ as above, however this would not be included in your allowed Content Section, however as an Addition to them. ie. You could have 30 Content sections AND 20 Products/House Listings…

For instance. Every ChatFlowBOT will get a unique Direct Marketing Link that will look like this.

Your BOT is the same!
